A short look at the solitary lifestyle of a fire lookout in Flathead National Forest in Montana. I always thought this would be a cool job to have if you could handle being by yourself for days on end. I would prefer to have a dog with me for companionship but I don’t know if they are allowed by the U.S. Forest Service.
