There are some crazy laws out there but getting a ticket for exceeding the time limit in a 3-minute parking zone is ridiculous. That’s exactly how these unsuspecting people feel when they discover they are a minute or two over the parking zone limit. Insult is added to injury when the traffic cop asks them to write their own ticket. I love the lady that decides this could be to her benefit and writes her ticket out for 50 cents.
