90-year-old John Carter claims he is The World’s Most Extreme Grandpa, and I think he can claim that title. He gets up at 5 AM and makes the most of every day. He walks, runs, rides his bike, and enjoys many more outdoor activities. He spends his evenings in the gym and finishes his day off by doing a little high diving.
