The Five Rules of Risk

An interesting video that explains the five rules of risk used to determine the negative and positive aspects of anything. Given today’s environment it might come as a surprise to some people that there is an element of risk involved in everything you do in life. You can’t hide from life, you can only live. People’s perception of risk is often wrong. Freedom of Choice is a very powerful concept and one that should not be taken away from people as they choose to manage the element of risk in their life. Note: Some Math in the video is wrong: The annual fatality odds for licensed drivers in the US is actually 1 in 6,000 which translates to lifetime odds of about 1 in 75.
