The good people who live in Lapland, Finland already know about the many benefits of taking a sauna so perhaps the rest of the world could benefit from a good sauna as well. Imagine if we could get all the people who are angry at each other into a sauna and not let them out until they’ve reached an understanding. Not only would their health be better but our health would be as well and the world would be a better place because of some simple sauna diplomacy.
