The $25 Billion Canadian Oil Pipeline

The Wall Street Journal shares an interesting look at The Trans Mountain pipeline expansion in Canada that could make or break the Canadian economy. Because of Alberta’s oil sands, Canada is the world’s fourth largest oil producer, but 98% of its exports go to the United States. The pipeline expansion could change that and open exports to new markets in countries like Japan, China, and India.
