It’s time for a little daily calisthenics workout with Frank Medrano that will blow your mind. The level of fitness and strength that Frank is displaying in this exercise video is simply incredible. At one point I thought he had slowed the video down to make it look cooler but then I noticed the guy in the background was still moving at normal speed. Holy cow, the strength to move slowly like that on a bar is amazing. Now drop and give me 20 pushups.
