Zuzana shares some simple stretches you can do every day to make yourself feel better. I try to stretch as often as I can throughout the day as my legs and lower back have a tendency to tighten up. Going on a walk is an easy way to loosen up a little before you do some stretches. Hanging from a pull-up bar is a lot easier than pulling yourself up one.
