In a friendship separated by almost eighty seven years, three year old Emmet has become best friends with the ninety year old World War Two veteran who lives next door, Erling. They both like to race their John Deere riding lawnmowers around the yard as well as participate in other fun outdoor activities. Like many childhood friendships this one isn’t going to last forever but hopefully the memories of it will.
