Check Density Altitude!

Take a look at one of the most hair raising, short staining takeoffs a pilot could experience. I’m not a pilot but apparently takeoff distance and rate of climb are two very important reasons why you calculate Density Altitude when flying in higher elevations. This pilot was skillful and lucky enough to successfully execute this short takeoff unlike the pilot in this Bush Plane Crash.
